Generally, you do not need to get estimates from multiple repair centers. However, your insurance company may need to inspect the damage. If they have a drive-in claims service and your car is in driving condition, make an appointment to have your damage evaluated. Be sure to ask for a copy of their estimate and bring it with you to Kniesel’s. If your agent tells you to obtain multiple estimates, talk to your insurance claims department to confirm their requirements.
Due to the high volume of work within all locations, all estimates are by appointment only. Please feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment. Our hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Please visit our locations page for further information. Alternatively, we now offer online photo estimates as well as in-person estimate appointments.

Your account manager will provide an estimate based on the damage to your vehicle. We accept cash, checks issued by an insurance company, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and ATM/Debit cards. Unfortunately we are unable to take personal checks.
