Very very, very pleased with the service here. After being hit by another car I had to take my car in for the insurance to do all their work outs. The service team had good communication! All their work is guaranteed for life!! They walked me out to my car and went over all work completed and their guarantees! Even reassured me that if I had ANY questions just to call or pop in. I will totally take my car back here if I need work done! A job well done!

This place is insane! Never been treated so WELL in my life from a shop. Customer experience A++ Dave Service Manager A++ couldn't ask for a better job. I have brought 2 of my vehicles in for repair both with a really hard triple stage pearl (Lexus and Subaru) and both times flawless repair. I did notice a little overspray on the Subaru bumper after repair and my car was swapped out for a rental and no questions asked repaired in 1 day. Rare these days to find great product paired with great service. Great job Kniesels!!!!! I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family...

I've had two great experiences here. The repairs looked perfect, including my pearl paint. Kniesel's has amazing customer service. Although I hope I don't have to come back (car accidents are no fun!), this is the shop I would choose every time. Great communication, very efficient, nice and knowledgeable employees. I was involved in a car accident last week, so I took it to Kniesel's Collision Center. The experience started from the moment I made the phone call and ended with the moment I drove away with my repaired car. First the coordination between Kniesel's, Geico and Enterprise rental car was like a well-oiled machine. I got an email, an estimate and status updates. The next day, I picked up my car, it was fixed beautifully, washed and detailed which is a standard. I have to say the whole experience was great, easy, painless, professional, friendly and speedy. And honestly, everybody seems so happy to be working. Thank you Kniesel's and staff.

I absolutely love my 2011 Subaru Outback and had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended twice within a few years. Choosing Kniesel's Collision Center Rocklin was the best decision we could have made. In half the time and for less $ they restored my hatchback to its original condition- like new. I was amazed and truly grateful. The hatchback closes effortlessly, the first time every time. Their communication was outstanding through the entire process and their attention to detail surpassed both the work of their competitor and my own expectations. What a great experience! Hopefully I won't need body work again but if I do, I'll definitely call Kniesel's Collison Center Rocklin.

They did a great job on my daughter's Honda Element, they even buffed out another scratch that we did not expect. They kept me informed along the process as the damage was more extensive than they first thought. The car was ready on time, washed and ready to go. We've been to Kniesel's in Rocklin twice for fender benders, and both times the quality of the service and the work done was outstanding. Being in an accident is always an unpleasant experience, but the folks at Kniesel's do everything possible to take the sting of getting your car repaired.

Highly recommended! I needed a simple job done to disassemble and reassemble my front and rear bumpers on my Dodge Power Wagon so I could get them Line-X'd. These folks did an AMAZING job and fast too. The customer service was fantastic. Despite being a small-dollar job I still got top-notch customer service. The shop is spotless and everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the process. They even did a last minute addition with my grill and didn't charge extra. If I ever need some work like this done in the future, this is where I'm headed!
